And it takes up to 24 hours for Amazon to update your book and get it on the market. Sometimes it may not take long. You are on your way. Reach your readers on Kindle.
You are the copyright. You can do it yourself or get it done through the U.S. Copyright Office. Make sure you follow Amazon guidelines and you should be fine.
Not necessary. But you can apply for one but the minute you write it, you are protected by copyright laws. For more protection, you can obtain an official copyright through the U.S. Copyright Office.
