Hello everyone! I can't believe that this is my very first SHEWRITES blog post!

I wanted to let everyone know that I'm hosting a writing contest for my oldest daughter, Jaimie on my blog, 'The Gift'. Jaimie has a posting day each week called, "The 'Sensational' World According To Jaimie", where she talks about what it's really like being a kid living/coping with SPD. She's my hero, I tell ya!

Anyway, she had a brilliant idea to have a writing contest, that she judges (of course, LOL!) where you have to share your best experience EVER. It doesn't have to be SPD or Autism related, just something great that happened to you and why. Although, if you DO have an SPD/Autism story, she'd love that.

Okay, all the details are HERE and the contest ends February 29th. The winner will get a signed copy of my memoir, Not Just Spirited: A Mom's Sensational Journey With SPD, which BOTH Jaimie and I will sign.
