and quick way to get the bare bones of your new story down.
(I just wish I could remember where I learned this...)

C: (Conflict)
K: (Knockout)
Setup
The Lead __________, is a _________. His/Her Objective is __________. He/She is Confronted by __________ who opposes him/her because __________. The ending will be a knockout when __________.

Hmm....good question. Well, when you think of your project, which character jumps to mind first? That might give you an idea who's demanding the protagonist's job. Also, whoever has the most going on or whoever is linking all the other characters or main plot of the story.
