Event Description
When: Tuesday, June 29th at 5:30 p.m.
Let's gather at the tables OUTSIDE BOOKPASSAGE AND PETE'S. We'll have cake to celebrate, and you can bring eats and drinks from all over the ferry building or even from home. I'll try to get there early to stake out some room for us, but I think we can just mingle and mix and say hello.
We need:
Cake - Lynne
Candle - Lynne
Camera - Meg
Nametags - Wendy
Small plates - Michelle
Forks - Meg
Napkins - Victoria
If you can, please volunteer for one of the above, and in any event please bring a dollar bill to chip in for the cost of the cake. And apologies that I won't be able to answer questions again until 6.23 or 6.24.

Marilyn: Are you still willing to give me a ride home from the party tomorrow? It would involve leaving the freeway at Ralston Ave., Belmont, driving about 1/4 mile to El Camino, 2 blocks along El Camino, dropping me off, then returning to freeway. If you are the least bit hesitant or think you may have other plans after the party, please let me know. I will quite understand. Thanks so much. Margaret

Zoe, I have done book group phoners from the car and the train, and even from a college tour. Although I did run out of gas (literally) on the freeway for one I did from the car, so now always check the gas tank before I set off.
