I have a discussion item from She Writes that appears when I Google myself. I don't want other people to see it. Can I do something so that it won't show up when I Google myself.

How do I delete a group I created if there are no members but me please?

Hey, I would like to know why my statuses are not posting to my FB and Twitter accounts...I checked the connections and all of the informatino is right but nothing is showing up...Any thoughts?

I tried to add a badge to my wordpress blog, but all that shows up is the words "Visit She Writes".  I put a text widget on my sidebar and copied in the embedded code, but when I "saved" it the code was shortened, so not sure if it's a WP issue or something else.  Please help.

Hi!  Great site!  I'm really connecting with this site!

This is an old question I have, but one I saw asked by someone else recently. I did not receive a reply nor did I see an answer for her, so I am asking again.

In trying to load the She Writes badge to my Word Press site, I cannot figure out how much or how little of the code to use so that it puts the badge on there. Can someone help me, please?

I emailed about how to change the background on pages, and now I have another question... I have seen how to get apps, but I can't see how to actually get them onto my page! Do you always have to click on "my apps" in order to see or use your apps? Thanks!

Hi, I just joined and this is a great site.  I like it very much.  I got a rather weird e-mail from someone named Mabel Wiltorn who says she friended me on She Writes.  No trace of her here and she doesn't turn up on the member search .  Copy of email below:

Hello, Am Mabel, I really want to have a good friendship with you. i have something special i want to discuses with you. You can get back to me, directly to my e-mail. mabelwiltom@yahoo.com

Just thought Id give a heads up.  Something seems off, I don't plan to reply.

Thanks

Chris

How do you get started doing a blog on She Writes?  I am a self-published author of "Find Your Bliss" by Wynnie published by Balboa Press (a division of Hay House).  I need incentive and clarity as to how blogging is useful both here and in other arenas.

Thank you,

Wynnie

I'm pretty new here, and I have a question about replying to someone's comment. Every time I click on "Reply" under their comment, it takes me to the main 'reply' box under the original thread. How do I reply to the actual comment so that it appears beneath them on a different level than the main replies?

(I hope that makes sense to you all, because I think I just confused myself!)

What to do when you don't like your book cover

I recently had my first novel published and must admit that while there isn't anything artistically wrong with the cover I just don't feel like it properly sells the story.  The cover is for an contemporary erotic romance but it looks more like a…See More

"I find that at about 30k words, it's good to step away for awhile. At this point I usually skip to the end and flesh that out. Then when you come back to your story, you have a better idea of where you're going and how to get there."
