Please tell us your latest! Published an article this week? Book coming out next month? Got your play reviewed? We want to know!

And if you'd like your news to be considered for the Member News Round Up blog posts featured on the SHE WRITES Blog, please be sure to include any relevant links. Thanks so very much!

I just joined SheWrites! My new novel is about Claude Monet, named "Camille & Claude," to be published by Crown next March. I am now in the copy-editing stage; my copy editor is terrific as is my editor, but oh gosh, I am giving myself some hours off from answering her queries! The only link I have now is from my web site: http://www.stephaniecowell.com which has a lot of information on the novel and also pictures of the very sexy 25 year old Monet, long before he ever heard of a water lily!
Hello
I was featured in an interview on wwomenglobally.com, an international website devoted to "not famous" women who are trying to make a difference in the world. http://tiny.cc/z16fc is the link. The interview was posted on July 3rd, so I hope this is not too late to be included in a July news roundup. Thanks! elizabeth patch
I have a new post on Two Kinds of People called Facing Up to Facebook, about social networking and it's impact on writing. I'd love some feedback.
HI;

I've just posted, on my website, my article about Writing Groups that appeared in Lilith Magazine this spring: http://www.karenpropp.com/stories/youcan.htm
Our website, nameberry.com, is always on the lookout for interesting guest blogs. The main focus is on baby names, but anything around the subject of names will be considered. They run about 300 words, and reach a wide audience--you can contact me at linda@nameberry.com. A good example is today's blog, "When Your Mom Hates Your Baby's Name" by Laura Dunphy.
And btw, nameberry has proven to be a valuable resource for writers in search of a name.
Hi Amy - I can't wait to read your book!

I can't find your original link but I had tried to follow your blog link from Debroah Siegel's profile and I got an error, so I think you have to take out the www, this works: http://marryinggeorgeclooney.com/blog

best,
Rachel

Just tell them to link directly to http://www.marryinggeorgeclooney.com for the website or http://www.marryinggeorgeclooney.com/blog/
To link directly to the blog. It should work without a problem.

All the work was done months ago, but it's been an exciting month with two articles in the newly released 2010 Writer's Market and news today that the book Guest Life New Mexico, for which I am a contributor, will be on the shelves any day.
Hi Kate,

Allison, our SW Community Manager, is on the case. I believe we are going to inaugurate a new discussion "thread" for each week, so that it's easier to read the latest! I agree, this linear stream is a bit hard to read through!!

All my best,
Deborah

Could we change this page so that the newest news appears at the top? Otherwise you have to scroll through lots of pages to find the latest news...

I shared a post titled "The Birth of the Diversity Blogs" today.  I wanted to share about the various cultures and peoples of the world and I figured that I should make that the theme of my blog.  :D Enjoy!
