You can send a simple query letter in the "message" section OR you could introduce yourself and mention what kinds of articles you enjoy writing. Seth sometimes comes up with questions/topics and then pairs them with his writers. (He has a number of sites, including http://thedatingpapers.com/ .. so it's possible if a post didn't work for RZ, it could be published elsewhere.)
