interesting title, as victims tells us so much from the book and then 'unintended' , makes me curious.
What is it that you want it to convey? It makes me think of someone trying to come to grips with others they hurt unintentionally
What are you trying to convey? Victims draws me in, but the "unintended" maybe doesn't give me a strong visual...maybe that's what you're fretting over?
It is my memoir about my life and my career in law enforcement. Somehow I got caught up in a missing persons/murder cold case where i was interviewed as a witness. Very surreal. The title came to me because so many people, not just in criminal matters but in life in general become unintended victims during the chaos.
Or they're unintentional maybe? Or Victim Unintended. I like what your book is about...not sure if the title is grabbing my curiosity, as much as your description did??
I like it a lot more now that I have more background. Which makes me want to see a subtitle. Something like Unintended Victims: My Career in Law Enforcement. It could get attention, especially with all the bad press over cop shootings lately.

Hi Julie, I was fascinated by the details of your memoir.  I came up with these off the top of my head and a quick look in The Macquarie Dictionary....

Unintentional Witness: Facing Life's Adversity

Unintended Witness: Overcoming Life's Adversities

Unintended Victim: Facing Life's Adversities

Is this your memoir, Julie, or another wip?
Not grabbing me. The description of the book is intriguing though. I'd keep brainstorming.
Ok, putting mine back up - Blood Moon Betrayed - a True Mates novel.
Oh, I'd pick this one up..lol
Would I be obvious if I said, "Vampires'?
