The difference between Urban Fantasy and Paranomal Romance - And who really cares?

I am asking this because a big part of me loves some of the versatility that UF titles give authors. That allows for first person POV much easier, the location makes the story more so then the love affair, true, but doesn't sex and love happen just about as much in UF as in PR? I mean, besides the focus on the love story what really is the difference and does it even matter?

How about this, I am a UF/PR writer and I like it that way...not real reason to distinguish (for me anyway) in between those. Fantasy, pure fantasy and PR, or Romance, yes...but I'm loving the UF/PR mix :) Happy writing ladies and gents :)
