Welcome Authors

If you write in this genre, you already know there is a huge shortage in groups and networks for IR authors. We need to band together. I encourage all authors and writers here to share networking advice, anything that pertains to the IR community.

If you know of any online groups or social networks that cater to interracial fiction and Romance, please share here.

You are allowed to post info about your books, post book reviews, share links, anything you'd like. I've created this as a haven for IR/Multicultural authors. You do not have to be an IR writer to be in this group. Everyone is welcome but just know that the purpose of this group is for people who write IR fiction and that's what we will be discussing here.

If you review IR books, please post here. If you have a blog pertaining to IR books or you feature them, please post here.

Welcomes authors of all IR no matter the genre. Crime, Romance, Erotica, Gay & Lesbian, anything.

I ask you all be respectful to one another. Please do not spam other members. Use this board for your promotion but do not use this group as a free for all to spam people.

This group is not for talking about interracial dating or those type of discussions. This is for authors to talk about the genre and to share and network.

Check out my site. I'll be posting about my upcoming Crime/IR novel from time to time.

Welcome Evolet. I am an indie author but my genre is crime, hoaxes and deception with romance being the backdrop. I have a Blog called One World Singles Blog, which features articles on romance, relationships, dating tips, featured authors, etc. We also host virtual book tours. Check out our Blog and see how we can assist you.

You have come to the right place Evolet. Welcome.

Shoot! I meant to post this, not send a message. My bad. :/ I'm so new to these types of forums. Let me start over.

Hello All!

My name is Evolet Yvaine and I'm a new author to the romance genre. Evolet is my pen name, actually, and it my Other Life, I was an indie YA author. I've decided to take a hiatus from that genre to write adult erotic romance. A genre I've been reading since high school.

As one half of an interracial married couple, I've decided to carry that theme into the stories I plan to write. I joined this group because I'm going to need all the help I can get and surround myself with other experts in this category. If I have any questions or need support/guidance, I know I'll be able to find it here. Thanks.

Christmas Crush IR Premiere Preview Excerpt Invite

Hi all,

I'm so excited to introduce to you Ashley Wagner and Craig Johnston! They are the stars of my new sweet, Christmas novella, Christmas Crush. Enjoy the blurb. Then, follow the link to read the premiere preview excerpt.

Although Ashley Wagner feels more like Scrooge than Santa, she keeps her promise and accompanies her sister back home for a Christmas wedding. Her three-day weekend is off to a rocky start, thanks to the unexpected run-in with her womanizing ex-husband, and his very pregnant new wife. She manages to get away with her dignity intact, but later, with old wounds ripped open, the professional crisis manager ends up in the middle of her own life-altering crisis.

Then, sports journalist Craig Johnston, wheels to her rescue.

Will Ashley spend Christmas brooding over bitter memories? Or will Craig, a dynamic paraplegic, present the deserving divorcée with a gift she can't resist?

Christmas Crush is coming December 12, 2014! Be on the lookout.

Delight yourself in the premiere excerpt

Leave me a comment. And give the excerpt a cheesecake rating.

See you over at Mickie's Mutterings.

Thanks Vivienne! I'm currently writing a historical romance series about free women of color during the American Civil War. The first one should be out in early 2015, but I'll keep you up to date. Thanks for the warm welcome :)
