Hi Laura, Just visited your blog and left a comment....also signed up to make my list on 43 Things! Thanks so much for bringing the site to our attention.
Have a great week!
My Indie Ink challenge: Coming out of Retirement
Thank you for the 43 Things which I am. Today I posted tit for tat(too) ... a bizarre episode in my breast cancer "experience" that began on 11.11.11 Never thought i would be handed a pink piece of paper that screams: "Congratulations on your new nipple tattoo."
That's fantastic. I have wondered about doing guest blogging myself, but haven't managed to take the plunge yet.I hope it works well for you.Let me know how you get on:-)
For the past 13 days I have been participating on a blog, Yeah Write, and the challenge is 31dbbb (31 days to build a better blog). This challenge has given me a lot of useful advice as far as both of my blogs go. I find somethings that really help with my poetry blog, My Constant Thoughts and then the next day, a great tip will help on my WordPress blog, Once Upon A Time. One of the tips on this challenge so far has been to interact with other bloggers. Link to them. Share about them. So, this sounds awesome that you wrote a review on another blogger!!!
Congrats on stepping into new territory! My first venture was blogging about somebody else's blog. It was like using their content as a writing prompt. I linked to their blog post. I really loved doing this! I've only got about 50 subscribers so far, but the author of the original post was really grateful for the link. This made me feel so good, I do this regularly, about once a month. So, at the very least, your generosity in sharing your space will create eons of good karma for you! Now I'm heading over to your post.
50 subscribers is really good!, I have six :S
That was actually a really good idea, what was your blogs name?
I like your post, I tried to link through to the 43 things site but had a blank page turn up. It might be having difficulties, i'll try again later so I can only take what you've written but it's a great reminder to stop and smell the roses. Good point.
So cool that you and Laura Cococcia teamed up -- did you meet here? Hope it does well!
