Thanks!

So I did a post titled "Words of Wisdom from Confucius, Austen, and Tuchman" as part of my "All True Story of How a Novel Gets Published" series.

:-)

"Books are humanity in print" (Barbara Tuchman)

Thank you....I needed that today!

I posted about being caught up in mind numbing, analytical dialouge!!  (In a class I am attending..)

More so about the creative vs the analytical mind.  I want to be able to encase myself into a writer's workshop type moment, thinking, dabbling, creating.  Currenty and for the next day or so, I am trapped in a very non-creative class attempting to eek out some writing during break or at night.

Thank you Meg!!

Adrian,

If you are going to class after class on writing, creating, thinking and more; you should check out Tom Bird's retreat schedule (and site) on this link: (It should be the LAST writers' workshop you ever need)

Today I blogged about my need for a news break and our compulsive addiction to our cell phones and social media and why that might not be good for us.

I'm hanging out here for the weekend, this is a fabulous blog!

Great blog Cassie! And oh my word - how much do I hate Jodi Picoult!!

Keep writing:)

Your blog is very interesting and funny...quirky..in a good way.  I am amazed at how many books you have read.  Long live print.  Pat

Today I posted "Let's Be Careful Out There": how when a friend dies, we can become overprotective of those who are left.
