Comment by Lillian Ann Slugocki on July 9, 2012 at 7:07pm: in my latest book the black bras is a group of vigilante women in the 22nd century who take the law into their own hands--- the future sometimes seems to offer more possibility for the arc of female characters, meaning spec fiction or science fiction, I feel less constrained about falling into the "she lives happily every after" narrative, and this is such a temptation! anybody else experience this?
