I want to encourage women to submit to humor venues. I urge you; I implore you. Let’s start a revolution and change the world’s mind about who’s funny. Your heart will swell with accomplishment and your breasts will become larger. This I promise.

It's nice to find some Funny Women here. I honestly don't know if I am funny or rather, my books although they get tagged as humor. It's pretty subjective in the long run. Generally, I use a beta reader--usually more than one if I can, and if they don't laugh, I know something went really wrong. My first book, To Catch A Cop, was written to figure out HOW to write a book. I thought it might be a romance. Turned out to get reviewed as romance and mystery (I never saw that really) but most consistently as humor. What the heck, I figured let readers figure it out.
