Is anyone tweeting about what they're blogging? I'd love to follow on Twitter. If you share your ID, I'll follow. BTW, I'm at DontPutLizards.

Yes, yes, but I see we're following each other already. :) Though, I'm thinking of creating a new ID for my blogs since I didn't know what I was doing when I set up my original acct. I like that yours have the same name.
Hey! I just added you! Actually I feel like I still don't know what I'm doing. When I started, I wanted my blog to only be essays about family life and then I added Twitter, and wanted that only to be an extension of the blog. It's morphed into all kinds of directions (though the blog is still essays). But that's why I'm DontPutLizards on Twitter ... brand extension. Wish I had time to write the brand. ;) I learned from some others that you need separate email accts for different Twitter IDs, but I'm just keeping one for now, so it's easy to keep track!
Great idea starting this group! Thanks!
Norine

Norine, I have been on this computer for hours. I feel like such a geek when I reply to something almost immediately after it happens. Twitter is so weird to me. I really don't know what to do with it so I'm just going with the blog thing and learning (very slowly).

After I wrote that message I tried to set up a new Twitter acct. with my gmail, but I got frustrated and quit because I couldn't come up with a user id that hasn't been used. I mean, really, how many E. Victoria Flynns are in the world? Half a billion, it seems. Anyway, I had given up on using the service until just the other day while reading discussions on Bloggers.

Glad you like this group. I'm so happy every time we get a new member!

Hi,
Am themomwrites
would follow you if you'd just leave me a message about being here at Shewrites.. or if your name matches your ID, don't bother cos then I'd know automatically.
Would love to read your tweets and your blogs!!
P.S. Norine, would follow ya just after I get off this board ;-)
I have no idea Why I started a completely different discussion about this same thing. I am blaming Mom Brain. Excuse me, Norine.
New to Twitter and tweeting as well! I look forward to following you all!

I'm at suburbtopia
Hi Starr--tried to find you on Twitter but couldn't. Is there more to the ID?

I'm new to Twitter. bbetty is my handle.
I have a very original twitter handle: megwaiteclayton

:-)
I'm at mamacandtheboys and that is the blog too. (http://mamacandtheboys.blogspot.com) and I find that posting a little hook about my blog on twitter brings me a nice handful of traffic depending on when/what I tweet it. Or say it, or spill it....look forward to adding you all too. for those of you who are interested in assessing your blog traffic I had my brother help me put google analytics on my blog--it's free--blog visitors don't see it--and it gives you an interesting report each day about your traffic, visitor break down by state/country/# of visits etc. fun.
