In the absence of inspiration, do you still sit down to write anyway?

Or do you procrastinate and wait for motivation?

Today my blog post was about animal spirit guides.  I'm 50% Ojibwa and use animal medicine regularly.  I've only had 6 visitors to my blog today, I guess because of the topic, but since I'm a psychic/medium, metaphysical junkie that's a majority of what I write about - besides writing about my current manuscript, or my family or anything in between.  Yesterdays post was 30 Useless Facts You Never Wanted To Know About Me.

Wife... Mom... Writer.... All Blessings!

My eldest has finally flown the coop and my pedophile parents have made contact with her. Consequently, I set some boundaries and SURPRISE!!!: She's pissed. I love motherhood and hate my parents. http://bit.ly/Li41v6

Oh moms, I know you are familiar with Walmart! Today, I blogged about my love/hate relationship with it.

Yesterday I saw an interview with Giada De Laurentiis, Food Network star and wildly successful cookbook author. The interviewer asked if she had a current ingredient obsession and De Laurentiis answered that she did, it was agave nectar and she was putting it on everything for her daughter, Jade! Everything? It's sugar, or essentially sugar. What food guru would put that on everything? I blogged about that choice and better ways to practice good nutrition for satisfying a sweet tooth.

What's It All About, Agave?

Today, my blog post is about The Little Red Schoolhouse, the very first schoolhouse in Southeast Florida. We get kind of thrilled with stuff like that because a lot of our early structures didn't always make it through the hurricanes...

My blog today was about the craft of writing:  Indiana Jones and the First Rule of Fiction

Any mother can relate to this Memorial Day post about the loss of a loved one - my Facebook friend. Normally, I'm a humor blogger, but not on this subject.

Hi Writer Moms! Do you ever find yourself doing things with your kids that are so fun and perfect for the moment, but you have a sneaking suspicion it would appear completely odd to outsiders? I wrote about one of those afternoons - a fun walk with my son and nephew brainstorming kitchen homonyms.

See if you and your kids can come up with any to add to the list:

This week, I explore "The Intra... what?" A short article about the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and its history (through South Florida, that is)    :)

Do stop by and answer the question,
What has the experience of living out your purpose been like?

I want to hear YOUR story of how you’re living out your purpose.
Your turn, go!

"Now this is interesting. Summary through dialogue rather than narrative -- way more interesting and lively! Love the photo. We are being drowned out here in Ireland and that beach looks so tempting! Edith x"
