Novelists - published or not - chatting about beginnings, muddy middles, dang endings, what to do with it all. Please don't shout (all caps, big images) or post links on the main wall except as part of the conversation. Please do include modestly sized covers in "Our Published Novels"!

Congrats, Kathy. Let me jump up and dance with you because I am so happy. The editor of http://belletrista.com/ placed my book on their front page and put one of my stories there.

@Valerie, I submitted two stories, one that had already been published and one that's coming out this winter. They read them blind, so there are quite a few unfamiliar names on the list (like mine) as well as some big ones like Jennifer Haigh (Faith, The Condition), Benjamin Percy (Refresh Refresh) and SheWriter Tayari Jones (Silver Sparrow). Here's the link to the release, so you all can see who else you might know: http://arts.gov/news/news11/ArtworksI-GrantAnnounce.html
Comment by Juliet Greenwood on November 18, 2011 at 8:40am Woohoo Kathy! That's awesome. Congratulations. Go and do a mad dance for at least ten minutes.
