Comment by Kathy Leonard Czepiel on May 8, 2012 at 7:36pm Hey, all, I promised to report back on Grub Street's Muse & the Marketplace conference in Boston. A huge hit! If you've ever been to AWP (the Association of Writers and Writing Programs), this is just as great, but on a "smaller" (750 participants, not 6,000) scale. Anyone in New England who is looking for a good conference ought to check this one out. I drove two hours from New Haven and was not disappointed! www.grubstreet.org

Twin-Bred asks: can interspecies diplomacy begin in the womb?...

Comment by Kathy Leonard Czepiel on April 30, 2012 at 7:45am Lynne & Regina, Sorry, I've been off SW for a bit--grading papers! Yes, Grub Street's Muse & the Marketplace is coming up this weekend. They do run workshops year-round, but this is the big one. I haven't been before, but will report back! Again, if anyone else is going, I'd love to meet up!
