You website is extremely well laid out. Everything is easy to find, compact and attractive. All the info anyone could want on the home page. Love it!

also the chat function is at the bottom of the SCREEN, not the page and it is very unobtrusive - it says "She writes chat" - let me know if you get it!

Help! I know i'm rubbish, but I have no idea what time it is EST (I am GMT - am I 5 hours ahead?!) and also I can't find the Chat function at the bottom right of the page! I couldn't last week, either!!!! Please help me!
