Hi Y'all, posted over at Southern Writers. Made it home. Warm but cool at night. No internet at the moment so sporadic with checking in. Lots to tell and lots going on down here locally re the Oil Spill. Rave reviews from friends and family. Will check in with more once I'm up and running again.

Hope it's ok to post this here. I'm a nominee for the 3QuarksDaily art & lits prize, for my poem "Consider the Pomegranate". I'd be grateful for your votes. I'm #69 on list of nominees and last on voting list, which is alphabetized. Thank you, friends.

Zetta/Amy: a FB friend of mine had a great aidea.

In honor of World Book Day (today) he's offering a FREE Kindle versionof his book to the first 5 people who email him.

I tried it for 2 of my books a little while ago & just got the first email. It seems like a good promo tool. Might work for O&W?

Funny Women

I want to encourage women to submit to humor venues. I urge you; I implore you. Let’s start a revolution and change the world’s mind about who’s funny. Your heart will swell with accomplishment and your breasts will become larger. This I promise.
