Instinct and faith are inseparable. When we rely on these we step back into the wonder and awe of the vast mystery around and within us. Instinct compels us to shelter one another from the cold, and faith warms our soul while we await the sun’s return.

My latest poem at Consider the Lilies is "I Can Carry Pain."

Hi poetry writers! I've posted 3 poems for Mother's Day and will post a couple more this week. "A mother is a person to cherish - Her love she does so readily lavish
She gives of her time to everyone - And a mother’s work is never done - A mother will sacrifice here and there - She’ll not withhold and will always share..." at Consider the Lilies. Tina

I listen now to the call of Spirit
in the sounds of the feral and untamed,

in cries for compassion from the lips of the living,
and on the whispering breath of the dead.
