This is where we can list what we have accomplished each day or week to help us move forward in our writing, to encourage one another to work, to hold ourselves accountable with our sister writers, to find a reason or push to write a blog, a book, a play, a paragraph, a thought, a title or in this case a run on sentence.
What have you written this week?

Haven't really accomplished much this week, but I did finish writing an article that a magazine editor commissioned from me. I have also finally finished reading a book I was struggling with for almost 10 days. Now all I need to do is write a review and send it off.

I am currently working on a short story (about 2500 words) on my relocation experience to a new city. My relocation was actually 14 years ago and I'm trying to use that and add a couple of fictional twists to create a story.  In my head I can see it clearly, but when I sit down to write it I hit a blank wall that leads me to find everything else to do but figure this story out. I will keep at it, after I clean the house, wash the dishes, surf the net, respond to emails, etc etc.

I wrote a blog post about my love of books. It's a bit of departure for me because I usually keep my posts focused solely on my kids and pretend I don't exist. It's just another way I procrastinate really. I don't write for fear I'll never attain success, that I'm really awful as a writer, and I don't write about myself in my blog because I don't want to confront my fears of failing as a writer!

My eldest has finally flown the coop and my pedophile parents have made contact with her. Consequently, I set some boundaries and SURPRISE!!!: She's pissed. I love motherhood and hate my parents. http://bit.ly/Li41v6

I have written since 21st May daily. I have had a how to book I purchased through the Writers Digest shop.  90 Days To Your Novel. I have moved on from Procrastination Station, and although I am not following Sarah Domets format, I have applied the assignment to my own work.

I have posted the days on my FB

Valerie thanks for the recommendation. I love hearing about how-to books that writers actually use and find useful. As a beginner and one who cannot afford to take classes I am on the lookout for book recommendations that will sort of constitute a self designed writing course on How To Write A Novel!

So my new webpage/blog is up and here's my first post...

If you have a minute, I hope you'll check it out!

I'm almost to 10,000 words at Camp NaNoWriMo, but as I didn't write anything yesterday, I'm behind. I did manage to write a post about a road trip with 3 kids and my in-laws, all to see the Mississippi River...

I wrote my blog this week and I plan to write another entry today.  Notice the word "plan"?  It's a great word for a dyed-in-the-wool procrastinator.  I "highly recommend it" as my children would say.  :)

I blogged about chalkboards...

but I've written nothing for my Camp NaNoWriMo project for several days so I am WAY behind on my word count. And I was doing so well the first week!

Wanna know the REAL tragedy behind the foreclosure crisis/nightmare? http://bit.ly/MOMwBl

When I wrote this, I intended to focus on the positive. My fingers had a different idea. They wanted to tell the truth. This is one daughter's Father's Day lament.
