Comment by Frances A. Rove on March 30, 2013 at 7:31am Hello, Ann Marie and others. I too have a mood disorder and I'm on disability for now. But more time to write. I'm dedicating my book I'm working on to my therapist, because without her, I wouldn't be here to write it. I belong in this group, too.
Comment by Ann Marie Lauzon on January 17, 2013 at 9:25am I wanted to join this group so that I could connect with other people living with mental illness. In my case I have a severe mood disorder which causes severe depression, isolation, and cuting. I cannot hold down a job, although for the first part of my years I managed to work steadily. Back in 2011, I was hospitalized at Pembroke Psychiatric for depression and a psychotic breakdown. I have lived with depression my entire life.
