Submission Confirmation
It worries me that I never received the confirmation e-mail after submitting. I submitted on time and paid the fee, but it's been five days, and I haven't heard a thing.

Did you check your spam filter? I got an automated notice of receipt as soon as I submitted.

I never received my email confirmation, either. It's now December 28th. Did you eventually receive one? Was it in your spam folder?
