Kathleen, I found the same to be true on BookBlog and I got the best luck by sending an individual note back to people telling them I was following them, thanks for the same and including my full Twitter link (not just the handle becuase ya gotta copy and paste the handle and we're all busy).  Just an idea.  Good luck.

I should always proof and edit carefully this before posting :)  Several people did follow back (thank you).  I guess I just felt kind of let down in the lack of follow back. This site is so incredible; like minded women sharing their dreams, supporting one another, sharing tips... I thought it would extend outside the site- just a tiny bit : (   You're right Lynn, I know I can't take it personally. Everyone has their own motivation.

Hi, I'm so glad I saw this because I would love to join this group. I have been wanting to learn more about becoming a publisher after I self-published an anthology about motherhood and LOVED the experience.
