It's definitely an exciting day in my world. Although I've been writing professionally for two years, and have put my creative work out there for fun, it never occurred to me that the place for my short stories, poetry, and novel ideas was not under my bed. - I'm a professional freelance writer who somehow turned a lifetime of experience in the world of theatre and a passion for telling stories into a blog, which somehow led to a career writing copy for a living, which somehow inspired me to someday wish to publish my creative work. A transplant from the Northeast who now lives in Atlanta, I like to say I bring a splash of colour and energy wherever I go, and leave a trail of glitter behind. I'd say I'm a modern-day Carrie Bradshaw, but the truth is, I could care less for shoes. My favourite accessory of choice is a martini. ;)

I'm embarking on a huge project! After 10 years of collecting poems in journals and on scraps of paper, I've decided to do some fundraising to publish my very first anthology of poetic endeavours. :)
