Children and Television : journal entry

Television is often blamed for having a harmful effect on children but, I think it is more the parents who have the harmful effect upon their children.There are ways that Tv can cause harmful effects but initially it is up to the parents to guard what their children watch. If The parent discussses what their children see, it can turn into a positive bonding experience. It is important that TV not be limited.
