Recently I've heard from several people who have diaries, journals, poetry and other documents from ancestors. Let's share what treasures we have, what they teach us about ourselves, and how we can use them as the basis for our own writing.

- The StoryPower for Kids Writing Workshop brings children together with parents and/or other relatives to tell the stories kids find most fascinating: family stories. Then the children use art and writing to turn the stories into family gifts. The workshop strengthens family bonds, develops students’ writing skills, and provides adults with tips to encourage their children’s writing development at home.
