Getting your book reviewed

Hi Zetta,I'm an author who is writing a how-to book about workplace memoirs. I've been doing tons of research on the topic which included information on book reviews. When I wanted my first book reviewed, I googled my topic and my contents (short stories about workplace memoirs) and began sending emails to any writers and readers that I thought might review it. I wrote a workplace memoir called "Mr. Jefferson's Piano and Other Central Harlem Stories," which tells the story of a brand new city property manager who works in Harlem's tenaments during the 70s, 80s, and 90s and the co-workers, tenants, supers drug dealers, police, social workers, and repair people she meets.
