The Law of Attraction

“I am a successful author and millions are buying my books!” This is what I repeated over and over this morning as I took my daily walk. Did it do any good? Only time will tell. To be perfectly honest I’m not sure I totally understand the law of attraction. I know it’s not enough to just say it and think it will be true. I know…See More

You could always start with smaller PHs, build your readership, then as your writing skills grow, build up to an agent and big publishers.
At 7:19pm on August 23, 2011, Aidana WillowRaven said…
Well, it's only typically 15% of your royalty, which is only 4%-10%, depending on the PH. That comes to pennies per book for you, and fractions of pennies for them. It's very little for someone who knows the ins and outs of major publishers. Not to mention the fact that over half of the publishers out there, and all the big ones, require an agent.

Glad we're friends and Thank You for your feedback on the opening line of my N/F book.

Already I admire you, since I have very little imagination and you're ready to publish 4 novels!

I'm from New York, Manhattan, and I'm currently living near Atlanta Ga. And yes, I totally agree with you, $43 to take 2 little girls to the movies is ridiculous.
