Great to meet you too Chelsea! I'm so intrigued by your comment - yes, we will have to connect sometime. Often the stories that are most challenging for you are the ones the others need to hear most, you know? Talk soon. xoxo

I can't see all the details of the Jezobel Vine cover, but I think it looks great even if it is "just" a sketch. ;) I like the sort of ghostly quality it has, although of course I have no clue if that's appropriate...

By the way, who did the cover art for your books? I really like it — it has great personality. ;D

Meeting Jack Black does sound pretty cool. ;D I usually don't meet famous people at conventions; I'm the one who always stays in the hotel room for ten more minutes and misses being in the elevator with LeVar Burton...

Thanks a bunch for the compliment on the profile photo! ;D

Dragon*Con is gigantic — not as big as Comic-Con, I think, but big enough that pretty much everyone is overwhelmed by their first year. It's a ton of fun and a great place to promote pretty much anything quirky, creative, fantastic or weird. ;D I wish I could cite statistics for the actual exposure the promo tables offer, but I know that I as a convention-goer eagerly sift through the materials there for stuff I'm interested in, and I actually check it out when I get home (or even when I get back to the hotel room ;)). I might be a weirdo, but it's a convention for weirdos, so I doubt I'm the only one...

(BTW, sorry if you get notified of this comment twice. I was having technical difficulties. ;))
