Because I am not a mother I have to research a lot in order to write fiction with characters who are mothers, and I’ve actually read a lot of books about childbirth. Had I been there, had I connected with you and the other Seattle women writers among whom Elizabeth Austen, that evening, we might have been able to share the SW birthday cake at the book launch last week.
I'm sure we'll have an other chance to meet IRL soon. Will you be coming to Priscilla Long's presentation at Hugo House 7/28?
