9 Days Until I Leave My Life

One more day slipped beneath me and left through the back door. An article I read claims we have the most willpower in the morning. One way to resurrect that power in the afternoon is...to listen to music? I was surprised by this suggestion. On the way to a meeting, I slid an Ozomatli CD into the player of my car and let it boom boom boom. Those red lights did not seem so bad with someone singing a silly dance tune about loving LA in the background.

Leaving My Life for 21 Days

Last night, I looked up from mountains of work (and the BYGGA construction set from IKEA) and realized I'll be heading away from life as I know it in just 10 days.
I expected panic to set in. However, panic did not show up.
