- Born in New Zealand and living in Australia for the past 11 years. Both countries are fascinating in their own uniqueness; the people are optimists with a sunny and robust attitude towards life. I'll always be profoundly Kiwi in my sensibilities, but the way I express myself at times borrows from other cultures. I breed finches, canaries and parrots; and work full-time in palliative care.
