Thank you even more!!
>My goal this summer is to finally get started on a project bigger than 2000 words! Where to begin - yikes.
For me, that's the hardest part. Sometimes I just write the word "The" and hope more words will join it. And I always start in my journal, because then I'm not really starting anything...
I'm a UM alum, btw. Undergrad and the law school; my new novel (coming next March) is about 4 women grads of UMLaw, and takes place in part in Ann Arbor - where my youngest starts in the fall! And I'll be doing a reading at the graduate library (or maybe in the new art building) there when the book comes out.
Look forward to connecting with you here. If you have any thought of writing longer fiction, do join us in the novelist group. No experience required.
