I dream in color. I write poems. I write other stuff. I take photos, often in black and white. I read. I social work. I advocate. I am learning curve-aceous. I am abstracted. I am feminist.
I have intense respect for the human spirit and our ability to change, grow, find wings and fly.
Hi there, and thanks for dropping by to visit my SheWrites Page. A quickie intro: my primary blog is
WrongSide which I have recently dug up from its VOX home, and transplanted to Wordpress. It's roots are still grumpy from being moved. I also maintain a research and article blog about family estrangement called,
E-Stranged. I'm in the process of researching and writing a book on this fascinating topic. I find it difficult to navigate between all the different types of writing/work I do - so am considering dividing my poetry and photography into their own blogs. For today that feels like too much work ;)

Just added your blog to my blogroll at Black-Eyed Susan's. Thanks for linking the Social Justice Challenge, too.
Welcome to Mother Writer! I read your blog post Bad Mommy last night and am still mulling it over. There are so many expectations residing inside the idea of motherhood and so many more fighting their way through the actual living of it. You made a lot of very valid points heightened by the fact that two childless friends of mine have said within the last few days, "Thank you for validating my decision not to have children." Anyway, we're glad to have you aboard. If there is anything you need just drop
a line.
