Who I am:
My name is Giovanna. I am turning 40 next month and my motto right now is Re-Defining Fabulous! I love my life. I am a mother of one son, Jordan, who's twenty months old and I am in a very fulfilling relationship with his father. I work full time in the non-profit industry, but I also am an entrepreneur and own my own personal and professional development business where I write, speak, train and facilitate various workshops and seminars. I liked your running analogy. Deep changes can definitely be complex. I make it a habit to pace myself and breathe. But, it's easy to forget.
