When I married at age twenty-two, I moved from Philadelphia to Tennessee. I didn't know where Tennessee was on a map or globe.There were no friends or relatives there. My dad tried to discourage me from going there by using his corny humor. He said, "you'll only find barefoot hillbillies making whiskey in a still or in a bathtub." Little did he know.
