Inspire the future -- a book on inner change for children

I believe that any true, meaningful, and long-lasting change must come from within first. Change yourself, change the world. However, letting go of self-defeating beliefs, attitudes, and behaviour is not easy. As an impatient person, it has taken me years to absorb fully the impact of the phrase "Don't push the river."
