Whitney Peckman said… - I don't think it's psble to eliminate that moment (whatever "moment" it is) in your life. It is only psble to view and later, feel, it differently - see value in it, regardless of the pain it originally caused. And that's not about some shallow, new Age evolution, but rather learning at that cellular level that we are a work in progress. When we absorb that we can watch as the past simply is the past and not the second skin we allowed it to be. I often think how good it is to be old.
