Wow, China, how exciting! Is this research for some of your writing? Sorry to hear you couldn't access my website about the yoga writing retreat weekend. If you send me your email address, I can email a flyer to you with all the information. It's October 28-30 on an amazing beautiful farm just outside Portland, Oregon, and we will have a weekend of yoga, writing, and nature activities run by Anne Marie Welsh, an award winning journalist and former arts and theater critic for the San Diego Union Tribune, who is certified yoga instructor and travels the world, especially India, studying under the best instructors. Also, the owner of the farm, acclaimed West Coast chef Isabel Cruz, will be there to personally cook every meal for us all weekend, with produce picked right there on her organic farm. This is our first weekend, so it is an introductory rate of $499 for the weekend and is limited to only 12 attendees. Hope you can join us.

Celia Stander said… Hi Judy,
I'm not teaching in Beijing but I did in Singapore before we moved here. I taught adults at a private language school, so much easier than teaching a class full of kids :) The school provided the teaching material so I didn't really have to do much preparation etc. The main thing I'd say is to keep your sense of humour as it can get frustrating from both sides. But I had lots of fun, hope you have as well! Good luck and let me know how it goes.
