Date for the December meetup is Tuesday, December 6. I'm finalizing a venue now. It will be a special meeting with critically acclaimed author Tayari Jones who happens to be in San Diego for her new book, Silver Sparrow, so we will be doing a special happy hour event with her in lieu of a traditional meeting. More info to come soon, but hold the date :>)

Actually, Susan McBeth is the one who does all the work to set up the monthly meetings. I just do the data entry. :) Usually, we meet the 1st Wednesday. Hope you'll be able to join us at the next one.

Hi Judy,
When I saw your name, I wanted to say hi. I was a writer in San Diego for many years, but somehow missed meeting you. I'm working on a novel too, my second. The first is not published yet, but still working on that. I'll be signing my book "Leave Only Paw Prints, Dog Hikes in San Diego County," Saturday, Sept. 3, so if you are in the neighborhood, stop in and say hello. I'd love to meet you in person.
