EroticStoriesAndToys.com's monthly erotica contest started on November 1, and we've already received two entries. There's a monthly contest on my site for short story erotica. The writer may choose from three adult novelty toy prompts, one of which must be featured in their story. The winner, chosen by visitor votes, wins all three toys (and a nifty keychain!). Our September 2010 contest also awarded the winner publication in an adult-toy-themed anthology e-published by RavenousRomance.com. There may be more of that type of contest in the future.
