- Who I am:
- I am an aspiring writer and avid reader with a Master’s Degree in Literature from American University, where I wrote my Master’s Thesis on Young Adult Fantasy Literature and Media. The thesis covers everything from classic stories to contemporary fiction, focusing on Harry Potter and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I am an active member of the both the Whedon Studies Association and the Children’s Literature Association. I have given several presentations at international conferences for literary organizations, and I sit on the editorial board for the undergraduate journal Watcher Junior.
