Help With Piracy Dilemma

Posted on August 2, 2013 at 5:41pm 0 Comments

Hello friends,

I have some unfortunate news.  Recently, I discovered my good friend Lindsay Gillis' self-published e-book on Google Books...for free.  She is being robbed of her proper payment because of piracy.  She has informed other friends to see if they know anything about it.  If anyone here…

And a good morning, too!

That's right, ladies...it's officially skirt-wearing weather!!!!!

And yes, other news to report: As the title of this glorious post suggests, I have made a GoodReads account.  To continue with this, "A Poem a Day Keeps the Writers' Block at Bay," dealio, I'll be signing on every day and posting a new poem there.  Which also means...  LINK TIME!

Play Me A Life (Poem)

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 6:17pm 0 Comments

Life is a melody, so drop me that beat
Give me that song with people to meet
I'll play them a life that once was mine
And atop that stage, they will watch me shine
I know I'm me, unique and bright
Until my life goes out like a light
It'll be sudden, it'll be quick
But my life is magical, and death my greatest trick
I live it loud whilst I still can
And embrace my long life span.

Hi ladies...

I regret to inform you that time is not being the nicest with me these days, and work is starting its usual pile-up...I can't start the magazine yet, but I thank each and every one of you that contacted me with such admirable interest in joining this project.  I will let you know the moment it's ready again, but that time is undetermined at the moment.  Thank you again :)

Thank you. I love my Domestic Goddess avatar.com avatar. I've used it for years. The site is free as long as you post their site and artist's name. My tagline is a quote "I cherish the eye made quiet by the power of harmony."

Do you enjoy YA mystery? My 1st book will be coming out in an or Feb from Poisoned Pencil an imprint of a small press called The Poisoned Pen Press. If you like, when the time comes to get you an arc copy for review or sponsor you on netgalley.com to review an early prepublication copy.

The press has a call out to young writer also.

Thanks Leah I know she is still watching over me and getting to know her brothers and sisters that went before her. It was just so sudden. At least I can be thankful that I was with her and she knew I was there petting her and telling I loved her.

Hi sweet girl, how are you?

I know I have been absent for awhile, as life has a way of getting in the way of the more enjoyable outlets in life, which is certainly the case for me these days.

I have missed chatting with you and wanted to tell you so and just generally check in on you.

I hope this quick note finds you well.  Thoughts of love Rhea Ray.

Hi Leah,

Thank you for stopping by. Happy writing and a lovely day. Now I must get back to Marketing my first book. There are so many avenues to travel. :)
