I have had two essays published on a religious web site, but now I've written something (about 1500 words)-personal essay about a friend who committed suicide (powerful but personal and hopeful at end). I've gotten feedback from friends that it's good, any ideas what kind of magazine, etc. might want to publish it? Is there a "message area" on She Writes that it would be more appropriate to post this on? I'm very new, so thanks for your patience!

Creating Writing Group
The adventure of creating a new writing group for Orthodox Jewish Women writers in Northern, NJ continues! My goal is to gather weekly this summer during my vacation from pre-school teaching, while my own pre-schooler is in camp. Tonight I heard from our fourth interested woman!
