I wanted to connect with you and ask for your feedback. I recently did my first on-camera interview for the children's book on child sexual abuse prevention that I wrote, My Body Belongs to Me. Please let me know what you think when you have some time.
Thanks in advance.

Do you think so? I suppose I think there was some very early press angling that sullied the word. Not that there weren't problems throughout the feminist movement (second wave and before). But there have been in all movements for change. Yet no one seems to think that, say, "civil rights activist," has negative connotations despite some very violent early days.
just saw this in your call for submission, Mandy. I do wonder: isn't there a way to take this word back?
