Media outlets that I currently write for:
I used to write for all the Galician-language newspapers (Vieiros, Xornal, A Nosa Terra), both digital and printed versions, but they have all closed down. I am part of a group setting up a new Galician language newspaper called Sermos Galiza, hope to be back in the press soon!
My writing is:
Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, Plays, Journalism, Screenwriting, Lit Crit, Theory
Outlets where I review books, TV, or film:
Pro-Texta, Grial...
Services I offer to other writers:
As I translator I suggest works to be translated to publishers in Galicia. In other countries people get paid for that, in Galicia that is not possible, but still we do it. In my case I try to present works written by women from non mainstream cultures (cultures being not just nationalities but also sexual orientation, ethnicity etc).
I'm part of these writers' groups or salons:
AELG Galician Writer's Association

Maria, We're delighted to have you in the novelist group! You might introduce yourself by telling us what you’re working on in the “Show Me Your Novel and I’ll Show You Mine” discussion if you're not too uncomfortable talking about what you're working on. We save the wall for discussion, so please refrain from linking to blog posts there, but do add them in the “Links to Helpful Blog Posts for Writers” discussion thread.

And we do a live chat every Wednesday at 1EST; instructions on how to participate are in the "Our Water Cooler Wednesdays" box near the top of the group page.

Hi and welcome to SheWrites!

This is a terrific place network and connect.

If you are writing memoir, please come to this site for 12 hours of free teaching.

This is my gift to writers because I know, for a fact, how hard it is to create our art.

Enjoy, Jennifer Lauck
