Oh thanks Marjorie! I didn't know it was out yet!! Always good to hear it from someone who's happy about it :)

Excellent! Happy to hear it! Chicago is our backup city if we ever break up with Boston. Highly unlikely, but with good friends in Indianapolis and Minneapolis, I might have to convince my posse to meet up in Chitown once we make our triumphant return to the states. Must go to Cuernavaca, this hole in the wall Mexican place, if you ever get the chance. Best. Food. Ever.

Sure am. A Danish fella came to the U.S. and stole my heart, so I picked up and moved here with him a little more than a year ago. Sounds much more glamorous than it is - at least the location part... He's a dreamboat, but I hope we'll be back in Boston this time next year. When did you get back to the Midwest?

Small internets huh?! I asked my pal Mandy how she knew you and she said "Marjorie just seemed cool." I told her she was dead on. Heard about the book coming out too! Congrats!! :D

We are on, Marjorie: you are on my list! All's well. I am pleased to be connected.
Have always liked to be part of a team in anthologies. My last participation was in "Identity Envy: Wanting to Be Who We're Not" -- a queer collection of non-fiction, boys being girls and vice versa... We did collective readings in the San Francisco/Bay Area, very fun.

Marjorie, I don't find you on my friends' list. And yesterday I joined your interesting Anthology Group, but also see no trace of my message sent to the group... Odd, some activities just don't seem to register. Did you receive anything from me?
Very interested in your fashion book, by the way... Please join me as a friend!

Delightful news about the progress on and enjoyment of the book! My research is moving along; I'm writing an article this/next week called "The Pleasures of Civil War Ruins," which has necessitated forays into psychology, child development theory, and aesthetics. Just my kind of project . . .
