Profile Information

Who I am:: The author is a PhD candidate at the University of Virginia. She is also a singer, designer, lindy hopper, mineral collector, antiques-lover, published scientist, avid reader and passionate writer. Her first poem was published in Hail Muse! Etc. She has given readings of her work in Charlottesville and founded a local salon for amateur poetry writers and appreciators. She has moved over 33 times, living in Chicago, Baltimore, Charleston, and Washington, D.C., but always with a pen close at hand. She currently resides in a small Virginia town with her rescue dog Rhys, where she has, remarkably, lived for 6 years.
